1. Booking and Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your place.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the schedule provided in the booking confirmation.
Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change.
2. What is Included / Not Included
Detailed inclusions and exclusions are listed on each program page.
Additional costs (e.g., personal gear, insurance, tips, additional oxygen) may apply.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by the client: refunds are subject to the following schedule.
Cancellation or changes by the company due to force majeure, weather, permits, or safety reasons: we offer alternative dates or a partial refund where possible.
- More than 90 days before departure: 80% refund
- 60-90 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 60 days before departure: no refund
4. Health and Fitness
Participants must be in good physical and mental health.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe a client's condition may endanger themselves or the group.
5. Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking/climbing, medical evacuation, and repatriation is mandatory for all participants.
6. Risk Acknowledgment
By booking with us, you acknowledge that mountaineering involves significant risks and that you participate at your own risk.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
